| Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the growth of world energy demand has reached a new height,and energy and environmental problems are becoming more and more serious.Electric ship,as a new energy ship driven by electric energy,has attracted more and more attention.However,there are a large number of electrical nodes involved in ship electrification transformation.How to reliably and stably make the real-time sharing of information and data among the electrical nodes on board become the key factor to ensure the overall performance of electric ship.Aiming at this problem,this paper designs a set of electric control system for electric ship.First of all,this paper introduces electric ship the importance of the control system design and development and the status quo,this paper introduces the general situation of the electric ship renovation project,gives the drive control system,battery management system,water cycle and status display system and so on the concrete design scheme of structure design is given and the ship control system is introduced in this paper in detail.Secondly,taking STM32F446RCT6 chip of ST company as the center,I completed the hardware circuit design of the central controller and the production of PCB board,and completed the debugging of the hardware circuit on this basis.The CAN bus technology is introduced in detail,and the parameters selected based on the design are calculated and determined.Carry out the structural design and demand analysis of the electric control system of the whole ship,design the communication protocol suitable for the electric control system of the whole ship,and complete the design of network node configuration,identifier assignment,parameter setting and message packet.Thirdly,the logic and software of the ship control system are designed based on the hardware circuit.Program writing software with keil5,and software and hardware keil5 to make sure that the program is correct.The connection between the main units of the system includes the status display system communicating with the central control processor through RS232.The monitoring system,battery management system and dc-dc module are connected to the central control processor by CAN1 bus.The motor control is connected to the central control processor by CAN2 bus.In addition,the lighting system and the control handle are electrically connected to the central controller.The design and configuration of the status display system mainly includes the layout design of the LCD screen,the design of the LCD screen register instructions,the design of the variable address and the design of the communication protocol,and the configuration of the LCD screen interface through the DGUS software.Finally,aiming at the design structures,experimental platform,the iterative joint debugging,realize the central processing system,battery management system,drive control system,DC-DC module,status display system,monitoring system,lighting system and reliable communication between manipulation of the handle,after shipment to debug and successfully realizes the data communication between each system and real-time display of the status of the vessel stated goal,the design is verified the feasibility of the control strategy and hardware take you road design and correctness.Analyze and summarize this design and find the direction for the future research design. |
