In view of the current problems that rivers and lakes cruise ships and small transport ships use diesel to drive polluted environments,and the electric vehicle drive control structure is complicated and consumes a lot of energy,this article takes small cruise ships and transport ships as the object to research and develop an electric boat with a simple structure and convenient control.The drive control system,according to the requirement that the ship can not be arbitrarily docked during operation,must have early warning and remote emergency treatment in case of failure,and apply the remote monitoring system in the industry to drive control of the electric ship,so that it has a high self-help ability to provide high reliability and practical technical support for the commercial application of electric ships.Considering the ship's application environment and application conditions,with high reliability and simple operation,and the high adaptability characteristics of self-rescue in case of failure,this study adopts a The hard switch plus logic control scheme realizes a step-by-step speed control scheme with simple operation,high reliability and strong self-rescue capability,and realizes an electric ship drive control system with low energy consumption and simple control.By extending the wireless communication module of the embedded system and using cloud platform technology to realize the remote monitoring of electric ships,it can achieve information management and control functions such as operation data collection,fault detection and power calculation for multiple operating ships in a certain area.Provides an overall solution for the promotion and application of electric ships.Based on the research of related topics in the early stage of the laboratory,the main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Analyze the mechanical characteristics and speed control characteristics of DC brushed motors,analyze the structure and working principle of DC brushed motors,establish the differential equations of DC motors according to the instantaneous state,obtain the transfer function of DC motors,analyze and compare DC brushed motors The advantages and disadvantages of series resistance speed regulation and voltage speed regulation,analyze the charging and discharging principle and failure mechanism of lead-acid batteries.Based on this,the problems to be solved by the control method studied in this topic are proposed.(2)The drive control system of the electric ship is designed.The core control method is based on a peripheral switch circuit,which realizes high-power and high-reliability DC motor speed control through single-chip control.The mechanical structure is not limited,and the energy balance of the battery can be achieved during the speed regulation process,and the utilization efficiency of the battery is improved.Build the control circuit model on MATLAB software and carry out simulation verification.(3)The development of STM32 controller wireless communication,combined with embedded technology and Internet of Things technology,makes it a gateway device that can access the network.Design of software and hardware for electric ship drive control system and remote monitoring,hardware design includes control circuit,drive circuit,acquisition circuit,protection circuit,communication circuit,etc.Software design includes data collection of motor and battery,battery remaining power estimation Design of programs,main programs and interrupt subprograms,and design and build a cloud platform information transmission system,parse and encapsulate the data collected by the gateway device into the MQTT protocol,send it to the designated cloud service platform port,and upload it to the cloud platform database to complete Data transmission.The data is analyzed and processed through the cloud service platform,and the required data can be displayed on the APP interface through the mobile client to complete the remote monitoring of the data.(4)Based on the hardware and software design,a test platform for electric ship drive control and remote monitoring system was built,and the test of electric ship drive control and battery rotation use system was completed.The feasibility of the control method makes the remaining battery capacity of the battery pack close,which improves the energy utilization rate of the battery pack and reduces the cost.And completed the communication test of the gateway device and the cloud platform,verified the reliability of the gateway device access network and communication,through the development of Android technology,completed the remote data monitoring based on APP.
