Design Research On The Intelligent Elderly-oriented Facilities For Nursing Home

This paper studies the design of intelligent facilities for the aged in the nursing home to explore how to better adapt to the diverse needs of the elderly in the future.At the same time,through the introduction of intelligent facilities,in order to better provide the best quality,the safest and the most convenient services for the elderly.The main research results of this paper are as follows:First of all,the author studies the characteristics and abilities of the elderly,mainly from physiology,psychology,behavior,anthropology,sociology and other aspects.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the ability of the elderly,we can conclude the types of the elderly: self-care,semi self-care,disability,dementia.On this basis,the physiological,mental and safety needs of different types of old people were studied,as well as the characteristics of toilet,bath,meal and activity behaviors of different types of old people in nursing homes.Based on the above content,this paper studies the basic theory of aging facility design,including the Accessibility Theory from the perspective of ergonomics,environmental behavior,design psychology,etc.Based on these theories,this paper further explores the application theory of intelligent aging facility design,including ease of use theory,adaptability theory,synesthesia theory,which is the focus and core content of this paper.Secondly,the author of the first and second tier cities in China,the use of observation,record and interview methods,field research and problem analysis.First,the paper studies the needs of the elderly in the nursing home,which are mainly the needs of different types of elderly people in living space,public space,landscape space,entertainment,rest,viewing and other activities,including material needs and spiritual needs.Secondly,through the analysis of the use and problems of the facilities for the aged in the main spaces of the old-age homes,the basic methods of the design of the facilities for the aged in the traditional old-age homes are explored.Thirdly,based on the integration and analysis of theoretical data and field survey data,the author takes the elderly living room space,toilet in the elderly living room,public corridor space and outdoor landscape space where the elderly use the most activities as the main research area to carry out intelligent transformation,put forward the overall structure mode of intelligent equipment,and summarized the basic design of intelligent aging facilities Principles,such as practicality,flexibility,safety,economy,etc.Among them,the main content of the design of intelligent facilities for the aged is to integrate the components of furniture facilities with the intelligent sensor system,sensing device,intelligent data transmission system,etc.,and carry out intelligent transformation in combination with the Internet of things mode.Its main innovative achievements are intelligent nursing bed,intelligent lighting,intelligent window and curtain system,intelligent fall to rescue system,intelligent handrail,etc.The design idea of intelligent facilities for the elderly in this paper is to provide the best guarantee for the health,safety,comfort and convenience of the elderly in the nursing home.Finally,the author uses the above basic research results to carry out the intelligent transformation of Beijing Gonghe senior apartment,and makes a good technical breakthrough,which greatly improves the flexibility and comfort of the space use of the nursing home,and also provides a reference for the design theory for the functional configuration and similar needs of the nursing home projects.
