Study On Multi-level Quantities Of Building Engineering Construction

Vigorously pursued at the national level,the general contracting model of engineering has become a general trend of the developmentofconstruction projects in the future,however,on the one hand,EngineeringBidding Evaluation System and corresponding《Valuation Norm Based on Engineering Quantities List of Construction Project》as well as《Standard of Measurement Quantities For Building Construction and Decoration》and so on only applies to thetraditional contract mode,on the other hand,Rate Bidding and The Bill of Approximate Quantities based on Similar Buildingsunder the general contracting model of engineering have exposed many problems in the application of practical engineering,Therefore,in order to adapt to different design depths,different complexity,different contracting modes and perfect the current quantity list of valuation system,it is an important premise to establish the multi-level engineering quantity list.This paper comprehensively expounds the conception and definition of the general contracting model.Combining the relevant architectural engineering design documents,from the point of view of bidding,the general contracting model is divided,and the multi-level project quantity list is made up ofthe project quantity list in the feasibility study stage,the project quantity list in the design stage,the quantity list of the initial design stage and the quantity list of the construction drawing design stage.In the light of the construction elements of the current bill of quantities,I research the item status coding,projectname,functional requirement(project feature),the unit of measurement,the calculation rules of the engineering quantity,the content composition in the each stage of project quantity list under the construction engineering,the thorough study on the construction of multi-level engineering quantity list.This paper aims to complete the construction of the feasibility study stage,design stage,the initial design stage of the three stages of the project quantity list,in order to meet the different designdepth,different complexity,different contracting mode of construction engineeringbidding requirements and play a good role in promotion and theoretical basis for implementation of general contractor modelin China,including the further research of multi-level engineering quantities list.
