The detection technology of intrinsic optical signals of the retina is of great significance for exploring the neural mechanism of the retina,and has become a powerful tool for the diagnosis and evaluation of the treatment results of retinal diseases.Intrinsic optical signal imaging is an optical detection method with high resolution and noninvasive contact,which provides the possibility of high-resolution imaging of retinal nerve activity.Due to the weak intrinsic signals of the retina,complex sources,and large noise interference,it is particularly difficult to extract intrinsic signals with high signalto-noise ratio.Therefore,it is necessary to better optimize the detection system and data processing methods to achieve the best physiology for the structure and function of the retina Assessment.This article focuses on the implementation of the retinal intrinsic signal detection system and the study of data processing methods,laying the foundation for the popularization and application of retinal intrinsic signal detection technology.In this paper,first,the optical path of the intrinsic signal detection is optimized and designed,a transflective integrated intrinsic signal acquisition system is built,and the transflective image data collection of the isolated rat retina is performed to obtain the retinal transflective internal signal Preliminary results;secondly,on the basis of comparing several methods of extracting intrinsic retinal signals,based on the signal-tonoise ratio as the main judgment basis,a spatially independent component analysis method was selected as an effective processing method for retinal intrinsic signal data;Finally,the spatial independent component analysis is used to process the experimental data.The main work includes:(1)Complete the optical path design of the transflective integrated detection system and the construction of the experimental device.After the stability test of the system performance,conduct a visible light stimulated rat retina image acquisition experiment to realize the transmission and reflection of the same position of the retina Contrast detection of intrinsic signals.(2)In order to improve the signal-to-noise ratio,firstly,the internal signal extraction method based on threshold judgment was studied,and the internal signal was extracted by writing code in Matlab software;then,the spatial independent component analysis method was applied to the data of internal signal Processing and verifying the feasibility of this method;finally,the comparison of different methods shows that the application of spatial independent component analysis method to extract the internal signal of the retina is better.(3)The spatial independent component analysis method is used to process the experimental data of the retinal intrinsic signal detection,and the results of the intrinsic signals with different characteristics are discussed,which further illustrates the advantages of the method.The research work in this paper is not only conducive to the analysis and comparison of retinal transmission and reflection intrinsic signals,but also in signal extraction,the application of spatially independent component analysis methods improves the signal-tonoise ratio and provides support for innovative retinal intrinsic signal processing methods.58 figures,7 tables,65 references.
