Urban rail transportation vehicle is the core of urban rail transportation operation,and the expansion of the road network has put forward higher requirements for the safety and reliability of vehicles.Vehicle maintenance is an important part of vehicles' safety operation,it is great significance to make rational use of information technology to carry out vehicle maintenance and control in a deep-going way for improving vehicle maintenance quality and efficiency,and reducing operating costs.The traditional process of urban rail transportation vehicle maintenance mainly relies on human operation,leding to the important maintenance data unable to be uploaded and saved in time,the key links lack of reasonable control.It can affect the maintenance quality of subway vehicles.Therefore,this paper,combining the domestic and foreign subway maintenance management experience with the information technology means,puts forward the information management system for solving the problems in vehicle maintenance.This paper takes the actual situation of Beijing subway vehicle maintenance as the model,to design and develop a management information system for subway vehicle maintenance.First,according to the investigation of Beijing subway vehicle maintenance status,it summarizes the content and process of vehicle maintenance operations,analyzes the existing problems under the current situation.The second,formulating the functional requirements of the system on this basis,it carries out the overall design,functional design and database design.Finally,by using Think PHP,the paper has developed the system containing functions of vehicle inspection by scanning,maintenance mileage management,vehicle fault repair,data measurement,and statistical analysis.The test of Beijing subway vehicle maintenance management system shows that the system can well meet the needs of the daily operation of on-site vehicle maintenance management.It can not only improve the efficiency of vehicle maintenance management,but also save manpower and material resources,reduce the production cost and improve the comprehensive benefits of the enterprise.
