| With the fast development of modern society in our country, the government, social and the general public have pay more and more attention to traffic safety. As an important part in public transportation of the subway, the way how to keep it operation safely and steadily is becoming especially important. In the subway vehicles' fault, the vehicle door system holds the great proportion, carrying on fault diagnosis and maintenance decision analysis to the vehicle door has the vital significance.The present paper mainly carrying on the work is as follows:1. Understand the domestic and foreign subway vehicle door's present research situation and familiar with vehicle door structural style by consulting the literature. Carry on the preliminary analysis to its mechanical fault maintenance;2. Base on Shanghai subway vehicle door system's historical fault data, we use the decision tree algorithm and the rough set theory union method to make the fault diagnosis and analyze the fault reason for the vehicle door system;3. Introduce based on the entropy power fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, consider various aspect factors, and carry on the choice to the vehicle door system fault maintenance plan;4. Apply Reliability Centered Maintenance theory in analyzing the fault frequency part's maintenance way, the cycle and the maintenance rank to the subway vehicle door system. |
