Research On Evaluation Of Regional Railway Public Transit Operation Based On Cloud Model

With the continuous advancement of my country's urbanization process and the promulgation of relevant policy documents,the development process of my country's regional railway has accelerated.Carrying out evaluation research on the transit operation of the regional railway will help improve the quality of the regional railway transit operation,provide passengers with high-quality passenger transportation services,and also help the city develop a well-defined rail transit network.First of all,this article expounds and analyzes the relevant concepts and theories of the city's rail transit operation.Summarize the main technical characteristics of the regional railway,explain the functional positioning of the regional railway to optimize the urban layout,rationally configure the transportation mode,and meet the needs of urban commuter passenger flow,and then analyze the characteristics of the regional railway passenger flow.Introduce the concept of public transit operation,elaborate the basic characteristics and requirements of the public transit operation of the regional railway,and analyze the technical conditions and service conditions that affect the level of public transit operation in the regional railway operation system in combination with its characteristic requirements.Secondly,according to the connotation and basic attribute requirements of the regional railway public transit operation,this paper establishes a regional railway public transit operation evaluation index system with 3 levels and 15 indicators.The thesis takes the characteristics of time-effectiveness,density,intensiveness and comfort of the public transport operation of the regional railway as the standard indicators of the evaluation index system,and then from the infrastructure equipment,mobile facility equipment,operation plan and transportation production of the regional railway operating system,the transfer organization and other aspects to screen the evaluation indicators at the indicator layer that meet the requirements,and then to explain the meaning of the evaluation indicators at each indicator layer and determine the calculation formula of the relevant quantitative indicatorsNext,build the evaluation model of regional railway public transit operation based on cloud model.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used evaluation methods,the cloud model is selected as the evaluation method in this paper.Introduce the relevant concepts of cloud model,cloud model digital features,cloud generator and cloud weight,improve the backward cloud generator algorithm,and expound the research steps of the evaluation method based on cloud model.In the end,the cloud model was used to evaluate and study the public transit operation level of Chengguan regional railway transit.According to the research steps of the evaluation method based on the cloud model,the public transit operation of Chengguan regioanl railway is evaluated,and its weak links are identified.Based on the evaluation results of Chengguan regional railway,it puts forward suggestions to further improve its public transportation operation level,and at the same time verifies the rationality and operability of the model.
