Study On Optimization Of Passenger Train Operation Plan For Railway Based On Regional Rail Transit Cooperation

With the formation and development of China’s regional economy,the operation mode of rail transit has evolved from a single-system independent operation to a multi-system collaborative operation mode in which each rail transit system is interrelated.The train operation plan is an important part of the rail transit operation plan,and has a great influence on improving the operation efficiency of the transportation enterprise and the efficiency of passenger travel.At present,China’s passenger train operation plan is mainly prepared by a single system,which cannot guarantee the balance of the transportation tasks of each rail transit system under the conditions of regional rail transit coordination,nor can it effectively play the transportation advantages of each rail transit system under the condition of regional rail transit coordination.Therefore,on the basis of summarizing the research results of the optimization of the single-system passenger train operation plan,this paper proposes the optimization method of the passenger train operation plan under the condition of regional rail transit coordination.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analyze the connotation of railway passenger train operation plan;analyze the influencing factors,principles and procedures of railway passenger train operation plan;based on the regional rail transit coordination ideas,analyze the strategy of railway passenger train operation plan.(2)Analyze the connotation of the coordinated development of regional rail transit;analyze the regional rail transit collaborative relationship and mechanism,and propose the collaborative mode among different rail transit systems under the conditions of regional rail transit collaboration;summarize the various factors that affect passengers ’choice of transportation,based on the analysis of passenger’s travel choice behavior,the calculation method of the generalized travel cost of passengers is put forward;Clarify the key issues in the preparation of railway passenger train operation plans under the conditions of regional rail transit coordination,and propose the mechanism and method of collaborative preparation of train operation plan.(3)Combined with the optimization model and algorithm of the single-system train operation plan,analyze the key issues of the optimization model of train operation plan under the condition of regional rail transit collaboration;Based on the conditions of regional rail transit coordination,establish an optimization model of the train operation plan with the biggest travel benefit of passenger and the largest benefit of transportation enterprises as the optimization goals,and design a simulated annealing algorithm to solve the model.(4)Taking the Chengdu-Chongqing region as the research object,verifying the effectiveness of the regional rail transit collaborative analysis method;taking the optimization of the current Chengdu-Dujiangyan fast railway train operation plan as an example to verify the practicality of the optimization method of the railway passenger train operation plan based on regional rail transit cooperation;discuss the preparation strategy of the short-distance city railway train operation plan in Chengdu-Chongqing region and it’s marketing strategy.
