The lack of a rail system between the cities of the capital of Venezuela is considered an important barrier in terms of displacement for work, education systems, hospitals, etc.,while policy makers claim that greater mobility of public transport can positively affect the employment status of income people, there is little empirical evidence to support this theory. The review literature approach is aimed at the basic concepts of urban regeneration, transit system, rail transit system in Venezuela and impacts. In general,it is assumed that public transport can effectively link the unemployed, without cars,to people with appropriate workplaces;hence the need for more public transport services to help transfer social assistance beneficiaries to paid employment.Until now,the available evidence is anecdotal, while the general patterns of access to traffic in relation to labor participation remain relatively unexplored. This analysis examines the impacts of the regeneration of the rail transit system in the areas of Caracas,Guarenas,Guatire,in Venezuela. The location data of the individual recipient, the route / transit stop data was used for the purpose of this investigation. The methodology used at a general level is an empirical model based on the Esquivel theory. Therefore, the research will result in the study of the impacts caused by the urban regeneration of the railway system between the cities of Caracas,Gurenas,Guatire, whose objective is to improve economic prospects, improve quality of life or reduce displacements and externalities related to the sensitivities of the case study of this investigation.
