In the era of economic globalization,market competition in the construction market has become increasingly fierce.The rapid development of information technology brings more opportunities and challenges to domestic construction companies.The difference in enterprise resources is shrinking,the influence of production factors on the efficiency of enterprises is reduced,and various construction companies are looking for new ways to win competitive advantage.With the advent of the mobile Internet era,digital transformation is on the agenda.Digital management is related to the company's business strategy and business model,enhances the company's competitiveness and efficiency,optimizes the company's existing business,and helps companies create new business opportunities.At present,most companies have realized the importance of digitalization and have begun to develop a digital strategy.For the construction industry,the scale of the construction project is constantly expanding,and the requirements for the management level of the engineering technology are increasing.At present,the information management work of most construction companies has a limited effect on the improvement of business management level,especially for large state-owned enterprises,which face management requirements such as cross-regional management and project dynamic follow-up.The importance of digital management and development research is important and the challenges it faces are becoming increasingly prominent.This paper takes the state-owned large-scale construction enterprise G enterprise as an example.Through the related theoretical research in the early stage,combined with the research status at home and abroad,it analyzes the overall development strategy of G enterprise and the history and current situation of digital management construction,and analyzes the problems existing in the digital management of G enterprises.Relevant requirements,finally put forward the G enterprise digital construction planning program,with the project management system as the core system,with the integrated thinking as the key idea to build the enterprise digital construction strategy,and take a series of safeguard measures to promote digital construction.In order to evaluate the impact of digital management on business management level,this paper constructs a digital management evaluation model based on enterprise management level,using relevant analysis and analysis of variance for digital management level and financial management level,customer management level,internal operation level,and employees.The significant positive correlation between management levels has been empirically demonstrated,confirming the role of digital management of state-owned enterprise construction enterprises in improving quality and efficiency.It is hoped that through the research in this paper,digital means will be used to help state-owned large-scale construction enterprises to improve their project management level and management level.Therefore,China's construction industry can adapt to more intense competition,improve competitiveness,and truly achieve quality and efficiency.The quality improvement and synergy of digital management can help Chinese construction enterprises to embark on the world stage as soon as possible,play a proper role in promoting the adjustment of the country's economic structure,and promote the further development of China's market economy.
