Research On Design And Management Of VH Industrial Construction Project

Led by China's macro and micro policies,industrial production has become the core of economic growth,driving the development of urbanization.As China's industrialization process continues to accelerate,new construction projects for industrial construction projects are increasing.Industrial construction projects are generally large in scale,long in construction period,high in investment,diverse in structural form,large in number of ancillary facilities,complex in technological processes,and involved in many units,which are more complex than general civil projects,and project management issues have also increased.The whole process of industrial construction projects includes planning,design,construction,operation and maintenance.Design is one of the very important links and runs through the entire project.Therefore,the level of design management plays a vital role in the ultimate success of the project.Many of them lack the ability of design management,or they focus on design and neglect management,resulting in design control errors,resulting in many problems in the later construction stage and operation and maintenance stages,and even bring very large economic losses.How to effectively improve the management level of China's industrial construction project design is an important issue at present.The thesis first expounds the theoretical knowledge of design management of industrial construction projects on the basis of discussing the research background and significance and the current status of domestic and foreign research.Characteristics and its design management related concepts.Then from the perspective of the design enterprise,combined with the characteristics of the VH project,a detailed analysis of the management status and existing problems of the design team management,design quality,schedule,and cost management in design management is conducted.Finally,by visiting experts,consulting a large amount of literature,and combining practical work experience,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for specific problems in the design management process of the project.Design management is an important method for guiding design enterprises to carry out efficient and scientific design work.This is not only the need for the development of the design enterprise itself,but also the requirement for the improvement and development of China's construction industry.This thesis analyzes the design management of VH projects and explores several important management contents,hoping to provide theoretical foundation and practical guidance for the design management process of China's design enterprises or similar projects.
