Research On PPP Operation Mode Of Urban Rail Transit Project

With the rapid development of China's economy and the increasing population base,more and more private cars appear in the streets and lanes of the city,resulting in the city's traffic is not smooth,or even blocked.How to solve this problem,make the city's traffic smooth,make people more convenient to travel,improve efficiency,become the focus of the government and society,the key problem to be solved urgently.In this context,urban rail transit arises spontaneously.In China's large and medium-sized cities,rail transit has become the main helper to relieve the urban traffic pressure,and plays a significant role.However,the construction funds of urban rail transit are huge,the fund recovery period is long,and it is difficult to make profits.Each big city is faced with two major problems: the shortage of funds and the loss during the operation period.Therefore,how to solve the problem of funds and how to have a perfect operation mode It matters.Firstly,this paper discusses the current situation of PPP operation mode of urban rail transit projects at home and abroad,and compares and discusses the grim situation at home.Secondly,through the research on the concept,characteristics and theoretical basis of PPP,this paper analyzes the principle of PPP operation mode,and finds that PPP mode can further solve the problem of government financing,introduce private capital,and make the project more market-oriented.The core content of this paper is to transform the principle into the application of construction model,and analyze the operation cost to calculate the operation fare.Thus further discuss the main factors that affect the PPP operation mode,analyze the main factors and put forward problems and countermeasures.Finally,through the case analysis,the paper further demonstrates the scientificity of the principles,problems andcountermeasures,and draws a conclusion,which provides an effective reference for the research of urban rail transit project operation mode.
