In order to alleviate the status of urban road traffic congestion, many big cities in China began large-scale planning and construction of subway, light rail and suburban railway. Some cities, as a precaution, also started to do urban rail transit planning. However, due to the construction started later compared to other countries, the existing operation theory which comes from the actuality of small-scale urban rail transit network with single-structure is no longer to meet the passengers to travel direct, convenience requirements. In view of this, to meet the demand of rail transit and passenger, the demand of conservation-minded society, the paper study on the related problems about integrated operation organization of urban rail transit, the main of this paper includes the following aspects:(1) The paper starting from the research on the basic connotation of the integrative operation of urban rail transit. Firstly, in a practical point of view, the typical foreign cities (Tokyo, Paris, London, New York) of the integration of operational experience of the rail transit network are described, their experience of urban rail transport operation are summed up. Then, in a theoretical point of view, the basic concept of integrative operation of urban rail transit is explained. On the basis of previous research, the basic modes to achieve the integrative operation of urban rail transit (common-rail mode and station-transfer mode) are summed up. Finally, the basic conditions of integrated operational organization are put forward, including technology and equipment integration and the integration of operation management, which also are hardware and software protection.(2) On the basis of the analysis of common-rail mode classification and characteristics, adoptive conditions of common-rail mode are raised, which are hardware conditions(integration of technical standards of line, integration of the station design and integration of vehicle) and software conditions(integration of management coordination mechanism, integration of the transport organization, ticketing systems integration and information systems integration) and operational status conditions(traffic demand conditions and common-rail interval capacity). The existing problems between urban rail transit and suburban railway to meet the above conditions are researched, and the corresponding theoretical measures are given.(3) The research based on the three aspects of transfer modes and flow line organization and transport capacity of convergence and organization between the modes of transportation, synchronized train convergence, which are the basic connotation of integrative station-transfer convergence organization contained. Combined with convergence of organizational principles of station-transfer, three integrative station-transfer modes and streamline organizations (common-platform transferring, vertical transferring and layered transferring) are designed Finally, synchronized and coordinated train connecting for transfer stations in the network mode are optimized. An optimizing model is built, which the optimization objective is min-transfer time, the model is made, coordination optimization method is raised and a numerical example is made.
