Research On The Small Apartment Renovation Design Of Old Residential Building In Changchun Faw Historical And Cultural District

China First Auto Works in Changchun,Jilin province is an important industrial heritage in China.The old workers’ residential building in the block is one of the early collective residential buildings in new China.In order to protect this historical and cultural heritage,the renovation design of small apartment is studied in this paper.In the first part,the subject and related concepts are defined,and the research status of the renovation design of small apartment at home and abroad is described.In this process,it is found that there is less research on the renovation of small apartment of heritage building.Therefore,this topic can make up for the lack of research in this area.In the second part,the small apartment of the old residential buildings in FAW historic and cultural block is analyzed;and compared with the contemporary residential building small apartment,analyzed their differences and similarities,the small apartment of the specific problems were found;In addition,the living conditions of old residential buildings in FAW historical and cultural blocks are investigated.The survey is divided into two parts:Interview Survey and questionnaire survey.The concrete problems existing in the old residential buildings of FAW historical and cultural district were found by investigation.In the third part,according to the previous study,principles for the renovation of small apartments in FAW historical and cultural blocks have been formulated.These principles include the principle of cultural relic protection,the principle of residence and the principle of reversibility;According to the principle of renovation,insert house type renovation,decoration house type renovation and other renovation modes are put forward;In addition,in view of the problems found above,the house layout renovation method of small apartment is put forward.These methods involve design and technology.On the design level,the small apartment renovation design methods include: reasonable functional partition,smooth dynamic streamline,scientific space size,good indoor environment design,etc.On the technical level,some suggestions on the renovation of heating and lighting were put forward.In the last part,according to the house layout renovation principle and method of small apartment,the representative house type in FAW historical and cultural block is transformed and designed.In this study,the object of renovation is the representative house type in FAW historical and cultural block.We should not only study the residential value of small apartment,but also study the protection value of heritage building.Through the research,it is found that the heritage buildings have the characteristics of periodic renovation.In the house layout renovation,the contradiction between house layout renovation and heritage building needs to be solved,the condition is to protect the heritage building,the purpose is to improve the residential function,the reversibility should be paid attention to,and the renovation mode of insert should be adopted.
