With the further development of urbanization in China,the limitations of land use are gradually revealed.The development and utilization of land gradually transfer from above ground to underground,and many cities begin to develop and utilize underground space on a large scale.Due to the late development and rapid development of urban underground space in China,the lack of relevant binding laws and regulations leads to the random development of some underground space,which has a negative impact on its subsequent use.Due to the acceleration of urbanization process and the rapid rise of economy,the population scale of Changchun continues to increase,resulting in the shortage of land resources,which also directly affects the overall development of the whole urban area,so the key of underground space development gradually highlights.Due to the non renewable nature of the underground space resources,and the lack of reasonable and scientific planning and management of the underground space in the early stage,it also brings many problems and disadvantages,and brings many troubles to the follow-up underground space development.Therefore,the vertical planning evaluation of urban underground space development and utilization is an important topic of modern underground engineering research,which has very important practical significance and guiding value for the future development of the city.The first part of this paper introduces the significance of urban underground space evaluation and the research status of urban underground space evaluation at home and abroad.The second part introduces the general situation of natural geography,stratum lithology,engineering geological conditions,hydrogeological conditions,adverse geological phenomena and the current situation of underground space development in Changchun City,and discusses the suitability of underground space development and utilization in Changchun City from the aspects of social and economic development,geological conditions and environmental climate.In the third part of this paper,combined with the actual engineering geological situation of Changchun City,on the basis of collecting and sorting out a large amount of geological exploration information,this paper puts forward a regional evaluation system for the vertical planning of underground space development and utilization in Changchun City,which covers the evaluation of underground space resource capacity and underground space resource quality.Among them,the exclusive method is used to evaluate the capacity of underground space resources;the quality assessment of underground space resources is the main research content of this project.The evaluation model of underground space resource quality is constructed by using extension theory.Considering the use of underground space construction projects in Changchun City,and according to the construction methods adopted in engineering experience,the influencing factors of underground space resource quality evaluation are extracted layer by layer.The subjective weighting method uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and objective weighting method uses entropy method.In the fourth part,based on the evaluation of the underground space and geological capacity of the city,the underground space of the city is evaluated as well The results of the comprehensive analysis of underground space,and put forward the corresponding development suggestions for the vertical planning and development of underground space in the target area.The research results of this paper have practical engineering significance and can provide reference for the vertical planning evaluation of underground space development and utilization in Changchun City.
