Research On The Old Building Transformation Mode In The Process Of Rapid Urbanization

With the development of economy,the process of urbanization in China is changing with each passing day.A large number of new buildings have been built and demolished.Such demolition and construction activities have brought huge energy waste,environmental degradation and urban context rupture.According to the world energy forecast,the energy consumption in 2050 will be four times of that in 1975,among which the energy consumption of buildings accounts for 11%-25% of the total energy consumption.According to relevant statistics,the average service life of domestic buildings is about 20 years.In the current social background,the old urban development mode of demolition and construction is not satisfied with the current development mode.In the field of urban construction,the theory and design of old building reconstruction have been widely concerned.The old building reconstruction and reuse effectively reduces the waste of resources and environmental pollution.At the same time,compared with the demolition and construction,the reconstruction has unique economic,cultural and historical advantages.This paper starts from the "old building transformation mode" to analyze and study.Firstly,the old building type defined in this paper is general historical building.There is relatively less research and Practice on it.However,the general historical building constructs a city's style and context from the ground floor,which is the majority People's daily contact and used buildings are the material carrier of people's daily memory.The research on its transformation mode has universal value.In view of the current situation of old buildings in the context of urbanization development in China,this paper studies the basic theory of old building reconstruction,analyzes the development process of old building reconstruction projects at home and abroad,sums up the value and types of existing general historical buildings,and condenses the basic principles of old building reconstruction: 1.Continue and continue the historical context of buildings 2.Highlight the regional cultural characteristics 3.Make Using original design language 4.Using green ecological technology.Under the guidance of these basic principles,this paper puts forward the transformation mode that the old building transformation needs to coordinate the urban style and inherit the architectural context from the macro perspective,and summarizes the transformation mode of the basic attributes of the building,such as space,function,volume,facade,etc.through the analysis of different transformation cases from the micro perspective.In order to bring some reference to the research and practice of old building reconstruction.Finally,this paper analyzes the Chaoyang Yandu international reconstruction project,from the perspective of engineeringpractice to verify the feasibility of the research theory,first put forward the problems of Yandu hotel in various aspects,and then use the corresponding part of the reconstruction mode,put forward solutions to the existing problems of the old buildings.
