Electric heating boiler is a kind of clean environmental protection,safe and efficient heating equipment,widely used in metal smelting,sample melting,parts heat treatment and other industrial fields as well as northern heating and other aspects of life.However,the control system of electric heating pot has the characteristics of non-linear and large delay,and the conventional control algorithm is easy to produce large overshooting,which is difficult to achieve better control effect.Traditional boiler temperature control is mainly realized by thyristor ac voltage regulation,which will cause serious harmonic pollution,high output harmonic and low power factor.To solve these problems,this paper proposes a boiler temperature control mode based on BUCK circuit,which converts alternating current into direct current,and realizes DC voltage and temperature control through fuzzy PID algorithm.Firstly,the physical characteristics of the controlled object are analyzed according to the mechanism analysis method.On the basis of experiments,the transfer function of the system is obtained by step response curve method.The DC voltage regulation and temperature control method based on Buck circuit is proposed.Complete the core device selection and hardware circuit construction.Then the principle of conventional PID,fuzzy PID control algorithm is analyzed and studied,the conventional PID,fuzzy PID algorithm is used in MATLAB to design the system,and their simulation results are compared,the simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control effect is better.Finally,Siemens S7-300 series PLC is adopted as controller.Design the whole development process,write data transformation program block and communication program block.Aiming at the problems of large overshoot and low control accuracy,this paper designs the application program of fuzzy PID control in PLC,adopts Win CC to conduct configuration design,and observe the response curve of the system.The experimental results show that the boiler water temperature is controlled by DC voltage regulation control and fuzzy PID control algorithm,and better control effect is achieved.
