| Spike generator is a kind of instruments which is used to test the stability of the vehicle electronic equipment. With the rapid development of power electronic technology and microelectronics technology, more and more electronic devices applied to the vehicle power supply, ac/dc drives and power conversion technology, which play the extremely important role in safe operation. So in the study of power supply system and drive system of vehicles, it is very meaningful to make a fast test in the performance of kinds of electronic equipment.Taking GJB298-87 "military vehicles 28V dc electrical system" as the design standard, we analyze vehicle electronic equipment anti-interference ability experiment method, and design the test experiment platform of vehicle electronic equipment anti-interference testing-spike generator.Spike generator need to use adjustable DC with strong anti-jamming performance, wide range of voltage regulation of power supply to achieve the adjustable function of the output peak pulse amplitude. Although the DC-DC transform technique in traditional application of adjustable DC power has a certain anti-interference ability, but it regulate slowly, and some even can not eliminate the interference. Resulting in generating higher ripple peak pulse. So it is the premise to research the new DC-DC converter and more intelligent control strategy to realize high performance. This paper starts from the design thought and method of thought microprocessor, aiming at the existing problem of traditional DC-DC transform technology, we put forward a new Buck converter which is based on the fuzzy control strategy, and get adjustable DC power with superior performance, and then making the whole spike generator with wide range adjustable peak amplitude, the advantages of strong ability to resist disturbance.The part of spike pulse generating use the MOSFET switch tube, PWM drive chip, high speed relay, inductance, capacitance and other electronic components of high-order oscillating circuit to produce standard spike pulse. Taking STC12C5608AD microprocessor as control core, the signal generate and convert automatically, and display the spike pulse amplitude and frequency in real-time. System communicate with PC by RS232.Finally, according to military specifications GJB298-87 testing standard, we introduce the purpose, steps of spike output experiment in detail, and analyze the experiment results.By the practical operation,it shows that the system operate reliably, test accurately, use conveniently, and satisfy the technical requirements of the project. |
