The Extended Model And Application Of Sustainable Development In Small Towns Based On The Perspective Of Characteristic Growth

As for thinking and practice of town characteristics,there are problems relating to ossification of object mode,calcification of dynamic mechanism and rigidification of development paths etc.In order to solve these problems,what counts is to add“characteristics” in the dynamic and complex development system of regional linkage and rethink its mechanism of action,barrier mechanism and growth path.Based on the analysis of the content and mode of growth of typical urban characteristics at home and abroad,on the theoretical basis of sustainable development,this paper put forward an extended model for characteristic growth of small towns to construct an assessment indicator system;Quantitative evaluation of Zhejiang Province,the leading region of the characteristic small town(city)strategy,analyzes the mechanism and mechanism of “characteristics” in the sustainable development of small towns,and proposes a differentiated path for the growth of small towns’ characteristics;further,select Chumen Town And Shitang Town as a typical case to verify the characteristic growth path,provide a new perspective and ideas for the research and practice of urban characteristic growth,the main research results are as follows:(1)Through summarizing and analyzing the content and path of the growth of typical small towns in foreign countries,it is found that the common development experiences of small towns in different countries have the commonality of economies of scale,the provision of public services and financial guarantees by the government,and the provision of specialized technologies by enterprises and universities.Support is critical to the cultivation and growth of small towns.(2)By interpreting the characteristics from the perspective of “division of labor division”,it is proposed that the specialized division of labor is the viewpoint that reflects the deep connotation of characteristic growth and constitutes the central category of its growth and evolution.On this basis,through the transformation of the theory of sustainable development from one-dimensional to three-dimensional Design,the EESC-PSR cube model realizes the “virtual reality” of the theoretical tool analysis process,and provides a multi-dimensional perspective of regional linkage,dynamic development and complex systems for the study of small town characteristics..(3)Through quantitative evaluation of Zhejiang Province,the leading region of the characteristic small(city)town strategy,it is found that the characteristic is an important engine of the sustainable development system.It is internalized in the production factors and process links of economic growth,and at the same time depends on the society and the environment.The support of the birth force;the characteristic growth is the internal cause of sustainable development,the social development is the external cause,and the external cause acts through the internal cause.Based on regional development differences,Targeting the efforts to increase and optimize the social construction of small towns in different regions and continuously improve the quality of human settlements is the only way to promote the growth and sustainable development of small towns.
