Study On The Characteristic Construction Of Landscapes In Characteristic Towns

The process of urbanization in the recent 20 years rapid development,along with the economic growth to slow down,the bearing capacity of city saturated,a series of problems such as the contradiction between urban and rural areas,the country needs new,people are longing for the new environment,coordinate the sustainable development of economy and environment,society is the inevitable trend,urgent need for new ways to solve these problems.The concept of characteristic town emerges at the historic moment,which points out the direction of rural development in the new era in order to eliminate the urban-rural gap and revitalize the countryside.The ministry of housing and urban-rural development plans to build about 1,000 towns with distinctive and dynamic features nationwide by 2020.Since the rise of featured towns to the national strategy,all walks of life have shown great enthusiasm for this hot spot.Local governments have introduced relevant policies,and developers have developed their own strategies for small towns.However,due to the lack of professional planning tailored to local conditions and the lack of regional characteristics and cultural inheritance in urban construction,the scene of "one thousand towns" and "one hundred towns with one industry" appeared,and the most important "special" character of characteristic towns was lost,resulting in the disappearance of many local characteristic landscapes and folk cultural features that have been inherited for thousands of years.This paper tries to put forward a sustainable characteristic town model by integrating the construction of characteristic landscape with life,production and ecology.
