Application Of BIM Technology In Cost Control Of Construction Project

Construction project cost control has always been the focus of attention in the industry.Due to the limitations of management methods and technical tools in the traditional cost control process of engineering projects,there are some pain points that are difficult to solve,which are not conducive to the fine management of construction cost of engineering projects.This paper conducts in-depth research and exploration on the application of BIM technology in the cost control of construction projects,and summarizes the innovative methods and processes of BIM technology in cost control by combining the practical application of BIM technology in the commercial and service cooperation complex building project between China and portuguese-speaking countries.Firstly,by establishing a BIM model of professional construction drawing and combining it with the three-level operation coding system summarized and formed by the independent innovation of the project,the project quantity required for cost management can be accurately and quickly acquired.After that,through the collection of actual production efficiency and the combination of cost unit,a set of accurate and effective accumulation method of enterprise quota is summarized.And in the production process,through the real-time collection and transmission of on-site information data,constantly improve and adjust the real-time efficiency,so that the quota data continue to approach to the actual situation of the site,and eventually gradually accumulated into the general contracting enterprise's own quota library.This study explores the application of BIM technology in the cost control of construction projects,timely excavates the innovation points,and carries out the demonstration in the actual engineering projects to continuously improve and optimize and form the summary data.This has played a positive role in improving the current situation of project cost management,improving the level of project refined cost management,and promoting the application of BIM technology in construction management.Figure34;Table4;Reference 48...
