Research On The Evaluation Of Architectural Value Of Yantai Mountain Historical And Cultural Area In Fuzhou

Yantai Mountain historical and cultural area in Fuzhou is an indispensable part of urban historical and cultural heritage.The historical buildings in this area not only have individual protection significance because of their multiple values,but also have overall protection value because of their coordination with the special historical environment.Based on this situation,it is necessary to carry out scientific and targeted protection work for historical buildings with a large number of historical and cultural areas and different building values.Therefore,this paper systematically studies the evaluation system of building value in Yantai Mountain historical and cultural area of Fuzhou.This paper focuses on the following three aspects:First,the analysis of the architectural value of Yantai Mountain historical and cultural area in Fuzhou.Through literature research,expert investigation and other methods,the construction value composition of the area is preliminarily determined.Based on the above,the paper makes an on-the-spot investigation on the historical buildings in Yantai Mountain,Fuzhou,comprehensively analyzes the value composition and evaluation emphasis of the buildings,and provides a reference for the construction of a targeted evaluation system.Second,the construction of building value evaluation system of Yantai Mountain historical and cultural area in Fuzhou.On the basis of full study of architectural value,the pre-set work of index framework is completed,and the pre-set index framework is optimized with the help of factor analysis to determine the final index framework;the index weight of evaluation system is determined with AHP;the evaluation system's scoring standard is formulated through literature reference and expert discussion;the evaluation system of Yantai Mountain historical and cultural landscape area in Fuzhou is optimized with the help of factor analysis Taking architecture as an example,the application of evaluation is completed to further verify the rationality of the evaluation system.Third,the study on the classified protection of Yantai Mountain historical and cultural area in Fuzhou.The evaluation objects of the scenic area are evaluated one by one;with the help of Arc GIS and excel tools,all the evaluation data are processed to get the comprehensive scores of all the evaluation objects;according to the evaluation results,scientific classification is carried out and classified protection suggestions are formulated to provide scientific basis for the order of building restoration and related protection work in the area.On the basis of data analysis,this paper uses the research method of qualitative and quantitative combination to build the evaluation system of building value of Yantai Mountain historical and cultural area in Fuzhouwith the research idea of putting single building into the environment for overall evaluation,and according to the evaluation results,puts forward targeted classified protection suggestions for the area,and points out a reasonable way for its protection and development.This paper can be used for reference for the protection of other historical and cultural areas,and also provide theoretical reference for the study of the evaluation of the architectural value of historical and cultural areas.
