With the rapid development of China’s economy,the process of urbanization has entered a climax.The pace of progress has gradually shifted from first-tier cities to counties and small towns.The city-to-city,city-to-rural connections and exchanges are getting closer,and regionalization and integrated development It has become a major trend.How to coordinate urban and rural economic development and promote common progress between urban and rural areas has become the main theme of the present era.For the economy to develop,transportation needs to go first.Under the current background,the move to integrate urban and rural passenger transportation emerged as the times require.The integrated development of urban and rural passenger transport is a public welfare cause that affects the broad masses of the people.It is an important livelihood protection project and one of the important responsibilities of local governments at all levels in developing public services.Accelerating the development of urban and rural passenger transport integration is conducive to improving the quality of life of residents.Government departments need to fully understand this,truly put urban-rural passenger transport integration on a priority development position,increase policy support,and meet the growing travel needs of urban and rural residents.At present,the public transportation system in the urban area of Tai Xing City is not very perfect,and the development of passenger transport systems in urban and rural areas and towns and villages is not balanced.The problem of inconvenient communication between urban and rural areas is still very prominent.This article begins with the concept and basic theory of the integrated development of urban and rural passenger transport.Based on the experience of domestic and foreign scholars on the theories and models of integrated urban and rural passenger transport,based on the experience and results,combined with the current basic situation of passenger transport development in Tai Xing,this paper proposes Tai Xing City.In the development of urban and rural passenger transport integration,there are problems such as irrational station line settings,inadequate public service levels,and relative infrastructure configuration lags.The reasons for the problems are analyzed from the initial overall planning,the lack of supervision and management,and the overall financing of the financial system.Based on the development experience at home and abroad,several development strategies are proposed tentatively: one is to establish a sustainable development guarantee system that prioritizes public transportation,and to ensure the priority allocation of resources from various levels such as policies,funds,and planning;and the second is to improve the infrastructure to establish Improve the scale of road network stations and diversified passenger transport infrastructure to provide basic conditions for the development of integrated urban and rural passenger transport;Third,build a multi-level urban and rural bus line system to improve passenger service capabilities as a starting point to promote high-quality urban and rural passenger transport industry Development;the fourth is the passenger industry Line information transformation,building intelligent public transportation system,thereby contributing to the escalating transportation industry.The innovation point of this article is to study the integration of government,enterprises and urban-rural passenger transport integration,pay attention to how enterprises provide public services during the integration process,clarify the role the government should play,and propose several optimization countermeasures for the development of Tai Xing public transportation Has a certain guiding role.
