| Since the introduction of energy performance contracting in China in 1997,it has been more than 20 years up to now.During this period of time,rapid development has been achieved.Although many researchers have analyzed energy performance contracting,there are few literatures that predict contracts in my country.At the same time,the energy-saving construction industry in my country began to promote the use of contract energy management relatively late,and there are relatively few documents related to the contract energy management of the energy-saving construction industry.In particular,few people have analyzed and studied the risks of construction contract energy management projects Management and revenue.After discussing the concept of contract energy management and the theory of risk management,this paper first introduces the concrete situation of x construction project,this paper expounds the concrete process of energy management business operation of x construction project contract and the concrete situation of project risk management at present.Combined with the business process adopted by x Energy Saving Service Company,the risk factor checklist based on the business process of energy management of x construction project contract is completed.Based on the risk checklist,the risk factors of energy management in x construction project contract were determined by the checklist model.The Risk Matrix method was used to evaluate the energy management risk of x construction project contract,and the risk factors were classified into three levels,and in view of the x construction project contract energy management risk has formulated the targeted response plan.More comprehensive according to the x construction project contract energy management to identify the existence of risk,risk management ideas and system set up more complete,in the comprehensive evaluation system ossified previously scattered in various departments,professionals and experts of experience and knowledge,and based on the business process for the company to establish a corresponding project risk evaluation system.This study takes the X building project as a specific object,and analyzes how energysaving service companies build a risk control system for energy performance contracting projects from both empirical and theoretical aspects.This not only implements risk management and control work for the X building project in an orderly manner,and reduces business risks.It is of practical significance and has a certain effect on the construction of risk management and control systems for energy performance contracting in my country. |
