With the rapid development of the economy and continuous acceleration of the urbanization process,the number of motor vehicles in large cities has increased year by year,and the problems of urban traffic congestion and parking have become increasingly serious.It is worth noting that many cities are generally congested on main roads,but many times the branch roads have low utilization rates,and the limited road resources of the city are not fully utilized.As an economical and effective road traffic management measure,one-way traffic can balance the spatial and temporal distribution of traffic pressure within the road network,make full use of the existing urban road network capacity,and solve the problem of traffic congestion.Therefore,according to the characteristics of traffic operation in different regions,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to formulate a reasonable and scientific one-way traffic plan.This paper relies on the topic of “Enhancement of Traffic Efficiency in Zhongguancun Street and its Surrounding Areas” to expand the optimization of the one-way traffic organization.The main work is as follows:(1)The concepts of urban office area and one-way traffic were clarified,and the necessity of organizing one-way traffic was analyzed based on the traffic characteristics of urban office area.Combined with the experience of implementing one-way traffic in large foreign cities,the paper summarized the typical organization mode,adaptability conditions and characteristics of one-way traffic,and provided basic theoretical support for model construction and case study.(2)Based on the data provided by Baidu and the traffic survey data,the traffic operation characteristics and relevant socio-economic attributes of the Zhongguancun office area were analyzed,and the main parameters of the roads in the study area and the traffic volume of the road sections were obtained.The OD travel requirements were derived to provide data support for the formation of optimized solutions.(3)In order to improve the traffic capacity of the road network and alleviate the contradiction between parking supply and demand,from the three aspects of road load,vehicle bypass and on-street parking demand,a bi-level programming model for optimizing the one-way traffic organization in urban office areas under fixed demand was constructed.The model used the Logit-SUE model for flow distribution,and a nested MSA-Dial artificial bee colony algorithm was designed to solve the model.Taking the west area of Zhongguancun as the background,the one-way traffic optimization scheme was evaluated from the perspective of traffic volume,bypass distance and berth increase,and finally the sensitivity analysis of the traveler's path impedance perception coefficient ? was performed.The results showed that the implementation of the optimization plan achieved a balanced distribution of road network traffic,traffic jam relief,and created flexible spaces for on-street parking berths to meet the temporary parking needs of office areas.The one-way traffic organization plan is reasonable and feasible.(4)Based on the fixed demand model,further considering the impact of traffic demand changes,the lower model was designed as an elastic demand traffic allocation model,and the excess demand method was used to transform the elastic demand problem into an equivalent fixed demand problem based on the extended network,The paper designed an artificial bee colony algorithm based on Frank-Wolfe to solve the bi-level programming model.A case study was given to optimize the one-way traffic organization by considering the three factors of the average oversaturation of the main road,the bypass coefficient and the increase of the number of parking spaces on the branch roads.At the same time,a sensitivity analysis on the demand scaling factors ?was conducted.Finally,the paper compared and analyzed the optimization effect of the one-way traffic plan under elastic demand and fixed demand.The results showed that under the conditions of the scale and topology of the regional road network studied in this paper,the one-way traffic organization scheme under elastic demand traffic allocation has a more significant optimization effect.
