With the continuous expansion of the railway network,railway freight transportation is also further developed.For railway cargo transportation,the use of different train flow organization schemes will make the consumption of transportation operations and the inventory cost of the consignee and shipper significantly different.However,this article is based on the selection of pathways to consider the abovementioned various consumptions to optimize the study of the flow organization scheme of the loading site.This article first describes the basic content of the traffic flow organization at the loading place,and explains the basic conditions and advantages and disadvantages of organizing various modes of traffic flow at the loading place.Immediately afterwards,a detailed analysis of the operational consumption of railway freight transportation was carried out,considering the factors of choosing different routes for railway freight transportation,and at the same time introducing the cost consumption of vehicles choosing different routes during transportation.Then on this basis,the operations in the transportation process are analyzed,mainly including the loading operations at the loading site,the unloading operations at the unloading site,the restructuring operations at the technical station during the transportation,and the replacement operations.Finally,starting from the entire railway logistics system,the inventory cost consumption of the consignor and consignor is introduced,and the specific analysis is carried out according to the traffic flow organization mode of different loading places,and the corresponding calculation formula is obtained.Based on the above analysis,this paper builds a 0-1 planning model based on the path selection of the loading location and direct traffic flow organization.According to the characteristics of the model,this paper uses genetic algorithm to optimize the test.In this process,based on the traditional genetic algorithm,the decision variables are coded according to the characteristics of the various vehicle flow organization patterns in the newly constructed model,and then a genetic algorithm based on this model is designed.And in the subsequent calculation example,by comparing with the results of lingo software,it is proved that the designed genetic algorithm for this model is feasible and effective.Finally,in the given case,the current model of the direct traffic flow organization at the loading place and the optimization model constructed in this paper are solved respectively,and then the results are compared and analyzed to verify the feasibility and rationality of the optimization model.The innovations of this article are mainly reflected in the following aspects: First,considered the factors of railway freight transportation for choosing different routes,and introduced the cost consumption of vehicles choosing different routes during transportation;Second,considering the weight change operation during transportation in the model constructed consumption factors;Third,a genetic algorithm is designed to solve the optimization model of the direct train flow organization of the loading place;Fourth,the inventory cost consumption of the receiving and shipping parties is considered.This paper includes 29 figures,9 tables and 53 references.
