Heavy haul transportation has become the main form of railway freight transport because of its advantages of large volume and low cost in China.Meanwhile,the worldwide heavy-load development trend shows that train organization manner of improving axle load and marshalling number are more scientific and efficient.According to the implementation experience of heavy haul transportation at abroad,the heavy haul capacity is mainly increased by increasing the axle load,improving running speed and compressing loading operation time.However,due to the huge disparity in supply distribution and line transportation conditions in our country,it is not significant to increase the above factors in order to increase the volume of transport,improve transport efficiency,and ease the pressure on freight transport.Da-qin railway mode and application effect show that the high heavy load,the high efficiency and high automation characteristics of heavy haul transportation can exactly meet the modern transportation demand.Therefore,according to the loading area and line condition,the optimization of heavy transportation can make overall planning for loading condition,traffic type and train combination method,so as to complete resources allocation from mines,lines,to ports.Only in this way,it can realize the capacity improvement of heavy-load railway and create economic benefits.Therefore,on the basis of summarizing the research results of transport all over the world,the multi-combination station strategy and tree-shaped path method is put forward under the railway supply and route conditions in this thesis to expound the traffic flow path and combination scheme in the loading area.This can certainly help for analysing the traffic flow organization program of heavy haul railway.Meanwhile,under the discussion of constraints of loading,walking path,combination time and operation process,the tree-shaped path traffic model of multiple combined station condition is established,and the improved fruit fly algorithm is used to solve the problem.This thesis mainly includes the following aspects.Firstly,the principle and characteristic of heavy load transportation is introduced in this thesis,and the factors of affecting the freight train cycle time are analyzed which mainly include truck number,loading and unloading rate,whole distance,empty running rate,driving speed,transit times,marshalling mode,etc.And there is the TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution)method which is used to calculate the weights of the influencing factors.So the key core influencing factors are obtained which can provide macro guidance for the optimization of traffic flow in loading area.Secondly,the three-layer loading area models are explained which contain loading point,loading area and loading area.Then,according to the model characteristics,the multicombination station method and tree-shaped path traffic organization idea is put forward.In view of the above analysis,the tree-shaped path train flow organization model under multicombination conditions is established,and its objective function is to minimize the total consumption time and maximize the economic benefits,and taking into account the line and combination constraints.Finally,taking the Shen-hua railway as an example,the improved fruit fly algorithm is used to achieve the road search and the consumption calculation.By the MATLAB,it get path and combination scheme of the heavy traffic loading area.This result shows that the difference of the combination pattern directly determines the consuming of train flow.Therefore,the measure of increasing the number of 10000 ton direct trains and achieving the rational planning of the traffic types and organization strategy can meet the requirement of fast turnover of heavy traffic flow.In this thesis,through learning and summing up previous achievements,the treeshaped path approach can be used to study the traffic marshalling,and it is a supplement and extension to the transport organization theory at the same time.Therefore,this method has certain theoretical significance and reference value,and can provide reference for solving practical problems. |
