The Transformation And Reconstruction Of Spatial Organization Of Hangzhou By Innovation-driven

Innovation-driven has led the global economy and society into a new era,innovation has become the core driving force for the city to seek new development,and innovative economy,talents and space have become the key to transformation and competition of cities.Taking the innovative city Hangzhou as an example,the paper systematically constructs the analysis framework of urban industry,population and space.And through data analysis,questionnaire survey,comparison of current situation and combing of planning policies,the paper analyzes the characteristics of pattern characteristics and evolution trend of industrial economy,social population and spatial form of Hangzhou.Finally,the conclusions are as follows:(1)Innovation drives the differentiation of Hangzhou's urban economic industry in structural system and spatial layout.With the rapid development of urban economy,the industrial structure has realized the transformation and upgrading from an industrial-oriented economy to a service-oriented economy.In the innovation economy,the space of financial and business industry grows rapidly,showing main-center with sub-center and hierarchical distribution characteristics.The space of software and information industry is expanding in an explosive way,showing the characteristics of multi-center and networking layout.The space of R&D and cultural creativity industry is still to be developed,which is represented by core-scatter layout structure.(2)Innovation drives the differentiation of Hangzhou' social population in stratum structure and spatial organization.With the continuous growth of urban population and the further clarification of social division of labor,the creative and service classes are expanding,and the traditional labor class is falling into collapse.Meanwhile,the spatial structure of population changes from single-center to center-edge.And the highly educated talents take the important innovation industrial zone as the core and presents the characteristics of multi-center and corridor layout.In addition,the creative talents also show their own characteristics and needs in social attributes,employment and residence,pursuit of spiritual value and work and life(3)Innovation drives Hangzhou to realize differentiation in industry and population,and it also promotes the transformation of spatial organization.In the process of continuous transformation and reconstruction of Hangzhou's urban space,the spatial structure shows the characteristics of multi-center,and multi-group layout The public center system to be pluralistic and networking.The Land use space to achieve orderly expansion and multiple integration.Meanwhile,a large number of innovative space forms,such as technology city,characteristic town and mass innovation space,have emerged in the city.Such space carries new technology elements,innovative industries and creative talents,so as to promote the development of the city.
