B&B In Changbai District,Jilin Province Architectural Design Research

With the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy in C hina,the urbanization process has made rapid progress,which promotes the continuous development of social economy and improves people's living standards.Therefore,more and more people pursue tourism after work.As a new form of tourism industry,homestay has gradually emerged in people's vis ion.However,looking at the current situation and development direction of the homestay in Changbai District,Jilin Province,the research level of the theory of the homestay is relative ly weak,and there are few related design guidance works.At the same time,it also generally shows that the surrounding area of the scenic spot and other areas are seriously polarized,and the design of the homestay without systematic guidance presents a homogenization phenomenon,with a low degree of relevance to the local regional characteristics of Jilin Province,many of them The design of home stay is just floating on the surface,lacking more consideration of internal function space,the characteristic experience form of subject guest interaction and the atmosphere construction of local feelings.Therefore,the development of home stay in C hangbai District of Jilin Province is facing opportunit ies and challenges of the times.In this paper,the representative traditional residential buildings in C hangbai Mountain Area of Jilin Province are selected for field investigation and related theoretical research.Firstly,the origin and classification of domestic and foreign residential buildings and related theories are summarized.Based on the excellent typical case study,the representative buildings are selected from the relationship and development status of tourism and residential buildings in C hangbai area of Jilin Province as the starting point Based on the field visit,questionnaire survey and personal experience,this paper obtains the research data related to the research topic,analyzes and compares the research data,summarizes the existing problems of the residential quarters in C hangbai District,Jilin Province,tentative ly puts forward five innovative design strategies in C hangbai District,Jilin Province,and makes them in line with the people in C hangbai district Finally,in C hangbai District,Jilin Province,a practical case of Traditional Northeast homestay is selected through the early site selection feature plannin g to transform the practice,and the design theory researched above is used as the basic design method to make empirical design of the homestay in C hangbai District,Jilin Province Research.
