Research On The Quality Control Of Assembly Building Under EPC Mode

With the improvement of people's living standard,people tend to pursue higher quality and comfort of buildings,which also increase the consumption of housing.Prefabricated building,which is now an important part of the construction industry,can not only meet the demands of people,but also be highly praised all over the world due to its efficiency,green sustainability and controllable quality.Since 2013.the national and local govemments had issued policies to support the development of prefabricated buildings.Over the years,we had been learning from the successful construction management experience of developed countries.The general contracting mode had gradually become the main management mode of China's prefab construction projects.With the development of EPC model,we found that EPC model was more conducive to the quality control of prefabricated buildings theoretically,however lacked in practical testing.To combine theoretical research with practical use and to improve quality control is becoming an urgent problem.This paper will theoretically explain how to improve the quality control of prefab building under EP,C mode,so as to provide enterprises reference of improving quality control measurement.The paper aims to analyses the entry point of strengthening the quality control on prefabricated buildings under EPC model.Through literature review and theoretical analysis,all of which were conducted on the base of the concept)characteristics and advantages of prefabricated building and EPC model were elaborated.Eased on theoretical analysis,I found six factors affecting the quality of fabricated construction system.By means of field research and case analysis,the quality control method of the whole construction process was expounded in detail.Through the perfection on the control of personnel,the integration of information technology,the improvement of technical steps,we achieved the real-time control of engmeering quality activities.During my internship,I collected relevant project data of prefabricated building,mainly about quality control measures,and prove the effectiveness of the control measures.Finally,I summarized the content of the paper and look to the future research of quality.
