Study On The Regeneration Design Of Rural Waste Space From The Perspective Of New Urbanization

The new urbanization strategy proposed in the national new urbanization plan(2014-2020)aims to promote economic and social development through integrated urban and rural development and achieve common prosperity.As the connection point between the city and the countryside,the suburban countryside is the front position and the key area to realize the new urbanization.The construction of new urbanization emphasizes ecological,environmental protection,characteristic,sustainable and recyclable living and living space.The concept of new urbanization was put forward by the CPC central committee at the central economic work conference in 2012.Different from traditional urbanization,urbanization pays more attention to ecology,sustainable development and coordinated development between urban and rural areas.The construction of new urbanization attaches great importance to the subject of people,emphasizes the transformation of land urbanization into human-oriented urbanization,pays more attention to human needs,pays more attention to improving people's quality of life and achieves people-oriented core,and provides reliable development reference for the construction of new urbanization.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly describes the origin of the research,including the objects and methods of the research.The research on the regeneration design of rural waste space from the perspective of new urbanization is conducive to the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,man and man,man and society,a virtuous cycle,comprehensive development and sustainable prosperity.To prevent the waste of rural resources;It is beneficial to the extension of rural abandoned space and realize the regeneration of abandoned space through functional replacement.The second chapter mainly provides a solid theoretical basis,expounds the concept of new urbanization and waste space regeneration design,and analyzes the internal relationship between the two.For existing "land administration law imperfect land norm system is not comprehensive and villagers itself has only have the right to use land,its are owned by collectives,house sites do not inherit the business only in the internal transfer in the village,and the villagers limits itself" one of "the villagers much accounted for more than building phenomenon,resulting in serious waste of land resources as how to solve.The third chapter introduces the design scope in detail,that is,how to use interior design methods to upgrade and replace the abandoned houses in the villages to restore the use functions and profit functions.Techniques include regenerative design principles,patterns,elements and strategies.The author hopes to conclude the diversity of interior design space changes through the induction of regenerative design techniques.The fourth chapter describes the practical application of rural abandoned space,and illustrates the advantages,characteristics and possible future circulation patterns of the design method by taking the method of regeneration and construction of abandoned village in wufang village as an example.Through field research,communication with villagers and other forms of household entry,we fully understood the possible defects of abandoned villages in wufang village and the conditions hindering development,and timely corrected and adjusted them.Based on the theory of new urbanization and relevant theories and cases at home and abroad,this paper attempts to deeply discuss the cultural characteristics of traditional villages around the city,analyze the development law and development mechanism of small urbanization,and use the exploration of the regeneration design of wufang village to find the suitable methods for the protection and continuation of wufang village.Finally,the research results are applied to the protection and regeneration design of wufang village.
