Since 2004,photovoltaic industry has ushered in a rapid development stage in China.After decades of development,the photovoltaic industry has formed a complete industrial chain in China.The shipments and installations of PV terminal components are growing at the rate of GW class every year.Although the installed capacity of photovoltaic products is increasing,the gap between supply and demand is still large compared with the shipments.For the photovoltaic industry,increasing the promotion of the photovoltaic terminal market is the key and difficult point that the current PV industry needs to solve.This paper first introduces and analyzes the development of photovoltaic industry and terminal market at home and abroad.Through the analysis and comparative study of relevant data at home and abroad,we will strengthen our understanding of the photovoltaic industry and the terminal market and clarify the problems.Then it systematically analyzes the basic situation of A company,the foundation of enterprise photovoltaic industry and terminal market promotion,its changes and effects,and analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the marketing mode of enterprise PV terminal market.Finally,through in-depth analysis of the system,it provides a feasible solution for the improvement of the promotion mode of enterprise PV terminals.Based on the above analysis,the goal of A company in the marketing of PV terminal market and the direction of future development is clarified,which provides a theoretical basis for the future development of the company.At the same time,it also provides a valuable reference case for the formulation and implementation of enterprise promotion methods under the new situation,further promoting the good development of the market.
