With the rapid development of science and technology, the Medical Digital Imaging System (PACS, DR, CT, DSA and MRI, etc.) become more mature, rapidly replacing the traditional film systems in medical field. Replaced the film, professional medical monitor has become a major tool to diagnose imaging. Due to different application fields of medical display and general display, the technical requirements are different. Compared to the normal monitor, the biggest feature medical display is to be able to meet the requirements of coherence and integration. Through rational design and application of sensors to implement brightness stability, making the brightness of the display more stable, the image can be correctly displayed in different environment.The purpose of the thesis is to enhance the brightness, sharpness and stability of the display. The paper focuses on the stability of brightness controls (SBC), including fast stablilization of the brightness when boot and keeping the same brightness with the start after working a long time. Through the rational design of sensors and applications to solve the brightness stability, making the brightness of the display is more stable, the image can be correctly displayed in different environments.The solution is opening a hole behind the backplane module, built-in backlight sensor, matching integrated sensor and ambient light sensor, which can collect the data and timely feed back to the master chip. Then the master chip adjusting LED backlight brightness dynamically to change the brightness of the monitor. So that it keeps the brightness of the system at a preset brightness state during the whole life and ensures the brightness of the monitor at any given time, avoiding to affect the doctor diagnose. In order to make the medical monitor have more using value, further improving the brightness stability of the image is necessary.The research results have been successfully applied in medical diagnostic monitor, which having good prospects and high product competitiveness. In addition,this work can also has important meaning for the further research of medical display.
