At present,China's ports have basically completed the replacement of the main loading and unloading machinery with electric energy,but the fuel oil pollution of ships near the port has not been fully solved.With the increasing volume of shipping industry in the Yangtze River Basin,the golden channel shipping in the Yangtze River Basin is increasingly busy.However,the natural environment of the Yangtze River Basin is diverse,the hydrological conditions are complex,and the seasonal changes are significant.There are a large number of ships.According to the characteristics of wharfs and anchorages and the types of berthing ships,the requirements of ship shore connection are also diverse.Therefore,it is urgent to study the current situation of shipping conditions and shore power demand of ships in the Yangtze River Basin,especially in the Three Gorges dam area of the Yangtze River,take the port shore power construction facing the complex berthing mode of the Yangtze River as the starting point,combine the problems and difficulties existing in the application scenario,and adopt multi-objective optimization,Coase theorem,comparative advantage and other theories to carry out the relevant shore power technology in the Three Gorges dam area of the Yangtze River Through in-depth study,the technical scheme of shore power system suitable for the Three Gorges dam area of the Yangtze River is put forward to help the healthy development of the ecological environment of the Yangtze River economic belt.First of all,this thesis expounds the research background of this thesis from the aspects of port industry development and environmental protection pressure in China's inland river basin,and analyzes the main problems encountered in the current port shore power development in the Three Gorges dam area of the Yangtze River.Secondly,the technologies of shore power supply(10k V / 400 V large capacity),integrated intelligent shore based power supply(low-voltage small capacity),multi ship parallel power supply,ship shore grid connection diagnosis and ship transformer inrush current suppression are studied.Combined with the regional characteristics,environmental characteristics and navigation conditions of the Three Gorges Dam area of the Yangtze River,the targeted solutions are proposed,which effectively solve the problems of low-voltage cables The problems of cable coarseness,laying difficulty,management difficulty and the disunity of ship shore power system are found out.The solution to control the inrush current is found out.Combined with the analysis of different application scenarios and power consumption characteristics,the typical shore power system design is carried out,and the design schemes of shore fixed,shore floating,offshore fixed and offshore floating are proposed.In the end,the thesis analyzes the benefits of the application of shore power technology,and verifies the significance of its economic and social benefits.At the same time,combined with the current bottleneck and environmental factors of shore power technology,it puts forward the future prospects.
