Water conservancy projects are an important part of China's national economic infrastructure.The construction of water conservancy projects is related to social and economic development and the safety of people's lives.China's research in the field of project risk management is later than that of Western countries.The initial research was also introduced into the country from Western countries,but the overall development trend is better.The requirements for water conservancy engineering are high,and the construction technology is relatively complex.Therefore,it must be completed through multi-party cooperation.At the same time,it is greatly affected by the natural environment and there are many uncertainties in construction risks.At present,many construction companies in China have a weak awareness of project risk management.For most projects,there is no systematic risk identification and analysis in terms of risk management,but only a brief description and summary of risks in general.Construction companies The risk management system needs to be improved,and the awareness of risk management needs to be strengthened.This dissertation takes the risk management of construction enterprises as a research perspective,combs the current status of domestic and foreign project risk management research and related theories,takes Hongyanhe Reservoir project as a case,analyzes the current status of case risk identification and assessment,and summarizes the risks The main problems of management.On this basis,this dissertation combines the existing literature and the actual situation of the Hongyanhe Reservoir Project,using literature research methods and brainstorming methods to identify risk factors in the construction process of the project,from political,economic,social,resources,technical,At seven levels of nature and organization management,the construction risk evaluation index system of the Hongyanhe Reservoir Project is constructed,and the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the construction risk management of the Hongyanhe Reservoir Project is established by establishing an AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,combining with the evaluation results and the actual situation of the project,this dissertation puts forward the countermeasures,problem improvement measures and improvement implementation guarantee measures of the construction risk management of Hongyanhe Reservoir Project.The research results of this dissertation have a guiding role in the risk managementof engineering projects of water conservancy construction enterprises,and also provide useful reference and reference for the risk management of similar engineering projects.
