| Engineering measurement technology is an indispensable and important part of contemporary construction engineering,and construction setting-out is also an important part of engineering survey.Meanwhile it can ensure the quality and the aesthetics of the overall effect.By investigating the advantages and disadvantages of the existing setting-out technology,the laser projection,mathematical modeling,and automatic control are combined to develop a efficient new setting-out facility: Laser intelligent curve setting machine.Setting machine applies the principles of engineering measurement mathematical modeling and automatic control.The main research contents are as following:1)Discussing respectively about the application methods of setting-out technology in engineering surveys and the detailed segmentation method of horizontal curve.After determining the feasibility,using triangle approximation and trigonometric relations to proceed the mathematical modeling.Finally,obtaining the unknown curve calculation equation.2)Model Selection of the equipment,bracket and controller to meet the premise of accuracy.The controller adopts AT89S52 single-chip microcomputer,uses the mathematical model operation value to control the deflection of the stepping motor,and uses the PID algorithm combined with the gyroscope to calibrate the motor deflection angle,so as to control the one-line laser transmitter at both ends of the device to complete the pay-off.3)Finally,the actual setting-out experiment was carried out by using the total station and the Laser intelligent curve setting machine,and the error analysis results showed that the pay-off error of the laser automatic curve pay-off machine was significantly smaller than that of the total station,which can significantly improve the accuracy and economic benefits.Figure 24;Table 5;Reference 63... |
