In not getting in touch with setting system of the fuse information, for making up the short distance of the electromagnetic induction setting and the interference easily of the radio frequency setting, especially put forward optical setting technique - the laser remote control setting technique. It not only can set the information in the close distance but also deliver the information towards leaving the bullet or the combat departments in the long distance. It's a kind of new concept fuse technique.The thesis carries out the design of laser setting machine on the basis of a kind of new laser remote setting system that group research. Firstly, the thesis gives the design project of the laser setting machine by means of making the research to the light source and it's modulation.Because of the reason that the setting information must be transmitted to the fuze in a very short time and the setting accuracy must be high, thus, the code and modulation of the fuze setting information is one of the key techniques. This thesis expounds the particular process of the code and modulation design.The thesis build up the basic model that the laser drives the circuit, analysis detailedly the technique that semi-conductor laser machine drives the power supply and put forward the narrow pulse, big electric current's laser driving the mold piece.Surrounding four technique characteristics of high small volume, low cost , low consumption and anti-interference in the set machine design, the thesis presents the concrete means and measures to realize them.Finally Take medium and big caliber weapon system fuse as the terrace, The thesis complete the design of laser setting machine and static state experimental test.
