Due to the extensive application prospects and potential advantages of steel reinforced concrete structures, research on such structures is not sufficient. Therefore,a new type of steel concrete beam is proposed, and the innovation is the steel pipe as the steel. The staggered opening of the steel pipe is proposed, and the vibration is as much as possible during the pouring process to effectively solve the problem of the steel pipe not being compacted after the pouring. This type of beam is a new type of component, and bending resistance is one of the important properties of the beam. Therefore, the bending resistance of this type of beam is studied first.A comparative experimental study was performed on the bending performance of two steel reinforced concrete beams with built-in openings and one ordinary reinforced concrete beam with the same size reinforcement. The difference between the bending performance of reinforced concrete beams with built-in openings and the strength of ordinary reinforced concrete beams with the same size reinforcement is mainly analyzed by experimental phenomena and processed data. The effects of the number of openings, the distance between openings, and the ratio of the opening volume of steel tubes on the bending performance of steel tube reinforced concrete beams with built-in openings were studied and analyzed. And the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to establish the analysis model.Through the comparison between the finite element analysis results and the test data, the research on the bending performance of the test beam in the state where the steel pipe is not open is completed. The test results show that the bending failure process of reinforced concrete beams with built-in steel tubes with openings is similar to that of ordinary reinforced concrete beams, and the failure process can be divided into four main stages. The bearing capacity of the steel tube reinforced concrete with built-in openings decreases as the volume ratio of the steel pipe openings increases. The steel tube reinforced concrete beam with built-in openings has good bending resistance and good ductility.Based on the analysis of the test data, the corresponding calculation formulas for the bearing capacity of such beams are proposed.By comparing the finite element analysis with the experimental data,it is found that the difference between the data is small, and the correctness of the finite element model is verified.Figure 67;Table 9;Reference 52...
