Steel frame with infilled wall is a widely used structure style in building, in the practicalconstruction, the setting of the doors and windows needs for opening the hole in the wall.Because of the hole wall inevitably leads to the bearing capacity, the seismic performancedecline, making the mechanical properties of steel frame with open-hole infilled wall bigdifference with steel frame with infilled wall and steel frame. Scholars at home and abroad doa wide range of research on the structural behavior of the infilled walls steel frame structures, but the research of the properties of bearing of opening-hole infilled wall steel framestructures is still very limited, So its force mechanism and bearing capacity research hastheoretical and engineering significance.Fly ash brick, using fly ash as the main raw material is an important measure forcomprehensive utilization of fly ash in China, is a new type of wall materials. The use of flyash brick can save land, avoid pollution problems which brought from the production of claybricks, can effectively deal with the fly ash in the power plant, So, the application andpromotion of fly ash brick in architecture, is good for land-saving, energy-saving andcomprehensive utilization of waste to protect the environment. In this paper, aimed at themasonry infilled wall with fly ash opening hole in the steel frame under low reversed cyclicloading of the seismic performance, several aspects of the study as following:1. Using ANSYS program to create the nonlinear finite element model, and consult withthe previous test model to analysis the correctness of the program.2. Through the calculation and analysis of the5series including14full scale model, theresearch on the open hole fly ash masonry infilled wall with steel frame under themonotonous loading and the action of cyclic loading of the force performance, failuremechanism is completed. By considering the hole size and location and other parameters thathave the influence to the open hole fly ash masonry infilled wall with steel frame, studiessystematically and puts forward certain valuable reference conclusions for engineering anddesign suggestions.3.Using analysis of variable parameters on the above five series of finite element model.Consider the three parameters such as the depth-span ratio, axial compression ratio, and the friction coefficient between the infilled wall and the steel frame that seriously influenced thesteel frame with open hole fly ash masonry infilled walls, more detailed analysis on theparameters of the infilled wall steel frame under the and the cyclic loading is given, and drawsome conclusion, which have certain reference to the actual engineering design.4.On the above five series of the finite element model of modal analysis, the horizontalvibration model is extracted, examines the reduction effect of natural period of vibrationcaused by open hole fly ash masonry infilled walls, and the influence to the natural period ofvibration by analysing the size and the arrangement of the hole, puts forward certain valuablereference and conclusion to practical engineering design.
