Bearing quality has a great impact on the accuracy,life and running stability of mechanical equipment,and the friction torque of the bearing is a key parameter to evaluate and affect the quality of the bearing.Therefore,the development of the mechatronics for quick and accurate measurement of the friction torque of the bearing Chemical instruments are of great significance.Comprehensive consideration,the instrument developed based on the balance measurement method has advantages in stiffness,accuracy,manufacturing difficulty,and production cost.This subject is based on the balance measurement method and is designed for measuring the friction torque of small and medium-sized bearings.The performance parameters and functional requirements of the instrument were planned.Based on the principle of the balanced measurement method,the overall scheme of the mechatronics system of the instrument was developed.The design of the bearing friction torque test device and the torque sensor position adjustment program in the instrument were designed.The three torque sensor solutions were compared and analyzed.The photoelectric torque sensor solution used in the instrument was determined.The control system solution used in the instrument was designed..The scheme of the photoelectric torque sensor was designed,and the linearity of the main performance index of the torque sensor was theoretically studied.The structure of the torque sensor was designed,the parameters of the grating and the light source were determined,the deformation of the elastic axis was statically simulated,and the internal circuit design of the sensor was completed.The influence of the radial force and bending moment of the shaft end of the torque sensor on the accuracy of the measured torque was analyzed,and the linearity and temperature drift of the completed photoelectric torque sensor were experimentally studied.The friction torque test device,the torque sensor position adjustment device and the instrument frame in the measuring instrument were designed in detail,and the frame was statically simulated by finite element software to verify the rationality of the instrument frame stiffness design.The graphical user interface of the instrument was developed,and the embedded control program of the instrument was designed.The electromechanical system of the instrument was integrated,the mechatronics product was completed,and the performance parameters of the instrument were analyzed.
