Rail transit equipment provides technology and equipment for national rail transit,which is related to the development of the country and society.In the collaborative design of rail transit equipment,the traditional coordination mechanism and means are difficult to deal with the problems existing in the current collaborative design of rail transit equipment,such as the dispersion of desig n resources,the lag of document circulation,the complexity of collaborative process,and the slow deployment of personnel,which seriously affect the efficiency and quality of rail transit equipment design.Through in-depth investigation and analysis of the business scenarios and processes of rail transit equipment collaborative design,this paper designs and implements the rail transit equipment design chain collaborative system.The system adopts B/S architecture,and users access system services through browser.The front end of the system uses JSP technology and Java Script script to display the page.The server side realizes the separation of business logic and view based on spring MVC framework.It relies on spring framework to reduce code coupling and interact with My SQL database through mybstis persistence layer framework.The system consists of nine modules: basic information management,project management,plan collaboration,drawing management,model supermarket,product management,process collaboration,message management and authority management.It provides multi angle and multi aspect support for rail transit equipment collaborative design.At the same time,in view of the safety of the flow of drawings and files in the collaborative design of rail transit equipment,this paper analyzes the decentralized and non tamperable characteristics of the blockchain technology,and applies the blockchain technology as an important means to ensure the safety of drawings and files.In view of the time conflict in the cross enterprise project collaboration,this paper designs and implements the time-based conflict detection in combination with the relevant business Algorithm.In the function test,the system has passed the test cases;in the performance test,the indicators of the system meet the requirements,the results show that the system can meet the business requirements of rail transit equipment collaborative design.
