Computer Supported Cooperative Design (CSCD) is the process that many design groups complete one product development project divisibly and collaboratively. A mass of interactively restricting and influencing relations are existed between these groups, which are distributed in different district and kingdom of knowledge and their thinking viewpoint, review standard and knowledge background are different;simultaneously, various interdependently relations are also existed between and in design objects and its attributes. Therefore, the occurrence of conflicts is unavoidable in the process of CSCD.Conflicts are very important in CSCD. On the one hand, the existence of conflicts must results non-coordination of the product development plan, even shelving;on the other hand, conflicts are the beginning of a good and innovatory design. With the continuous settlement of conflicts, a more sound design will produce. Thus, the research on technologies of conflict processing has a very significant and active meaning in CSCD.Research on the technology of conflict detection and solution in the kingdom of conflict processing is introduced in this thesis. The main contents are as follows:(1) Aiming for the design conflicts which are generated in the process of CSCD, the technology of RDB (Relation Database)-based conflict detection is presented, also including the architecture of application system and its implementation methods based on this technology.(2) The methods of modeling hierarchical product object-constraint information and expressing this model by applying XML (Extensible Markup Language) and RDB are studied.(3) On the basis of technology of CBR (Case-based Reasoning)-based conflict solution, a Rough set-based conflict solution case reasoning strategy is presented for the problem of case reasoning strategy. The strategy can get the weight of each feature attribute of the case and the index of case base, by applying the relative theory and methods of Rough set to process the case knowledge base.(4) The process, methods and relative algorithm of the Rough set-based case knowledge base processing are studied. Furthermore, the availability of the strategy is demonstrated by analyzing an application illustration.The information of product object and design constraint and the relation between them can be effectively expressed in the hierarchical product object-constraint information model. Research on the methods of expressing the model by applying XML and RDB is to construct the Web engineering database, for accommodating requirements of information sharing and interaction in distributed CSCD network environment and achieving conflict detection. While applying the traditional case retrieval strategy, there are some deficiencies, which cause the problem of what is difficult to effectively insure the maximum similarity of the retrieval result, because the decision of weight and index depend on experts' yield knowledge and experience. The application of Rough set-based conflict solution case reasoning strategy can be solved this problem. |
