| The army is the backing and foundation of the country’s prosperity.Military construction is related to the stability and development of the country.Barracks,as the main place for officers and soldiers to train and live,are very important links in military construction.It is helpful for the sustainable development of the barracks to promote the design of green buildings and construct the evaluation index system of green barracks.POE(Post-use Assessment)analyses the evaluation information of the building or environment after completion,and compares the design expectation with the actual use,providing a reliable basis for building better buildings and environment in the future.Constructing POE index system of green barracks in cold regions and studying the green design of barracks based on POE evaluation can provide an effective reference for the construction of barracks in cold regions and have a good reference significance for the construction and sustainable development of green barracks.Based on POE evaluation and analysis,this paper takes the design,construction and management of an army expansion and comprehensive renovation of Barracks as an example to discuss how to achieve sustainable barracks construction in military buildings.Reasonable utilization of resources and energy can be realized through reasonable supporting construction of barracks,and modern barracks can be built on the premise of protecting and optimizing the ecological environment.Firstly,through literature review and field investigation and analysis,the POE index items are preliminarily constructed.Then,the POE index system of green barracks in severe cold areas is determined by expert questionnaire method,and the evaluation criteria of each index are formulated.On this basis,the planning and layout of barracks,the design of building units and the selection of construction materials are studied.The case study method is used to evaluate the expansion and comprehensive renovation of barracks in a military camp based on POE evaluation.The POE index system is applied to evaluate the expansion and renovation of barracks before and after the expansion and renovation,and the evaluation results are compared,and the conclusion that the evaluation results are significantly improved is drawn. |
