Abstract/Summary:
Folding wing is an important part of completing the glide extended range of aviation guided bomb.It can effectively improve the lift-to-drag ratio by providing the bomb with lift force during flight.The performance of folding wing mechanism directly affects the mission success rate of aviation guided bomb.In order to study the performance of folding wing mechanism under the influence of different environmental temperatures,it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the reliability of folding wing mechanism under different influence of temperature.In this paper,the folding wing of an aviation guided bomb is selected as the objective,based on the working principle of folding wing,the kinematics model,dynamic model and the reliability working model are established.It provides a reference for the simulation analysis of the working reliability of folding wing mechanism.The method of fault tree analysis is used to analyze the folding wing qualitatively and quantitatively,and the influence of temperature on folding wing were determined.The driving force change at different temperatures were obtained by the closed explosion chamber test.Patran software was used to simulate the thermal response of movement pair clearance at different temperatures,and the change characteristic of the movement pair clearance of the folding wing with temperature were obtained.The influence of grease on folding wing in temperature environment is analyzed,and the change characteristic of wing resistance with temperature are obtained through the wing resistance test,which provides reference for reliability simulation analysis of folding wing at different temperatures.The performance test of folding wing at low temperature was carried out to verify the analysis results.Based on the results from the dynamics and reliability models of folding wing as well as the influence of temperature on the folding wing mechanism,three-dimensional model of folding wing in UG NX was imported ADAMS,a parameterized model was established,and reliability simulation test of folding wing under different temperatures was conducted by using ADAMS/Insight module,we acquired simulated results.We used MATLAB software to calculate and analyze the obtained data on the the reliability simulation,and obtained opening place,opening time,opening with the synchronization,locking reliability,respectively,of folding wing under different temperatures.And then the working reliability of the folding wing mechanism was acquired,and the reliability of the folding wing was evaluted effectively.In addtion,we obtained the change characteristic of the folding wing reliability with the temperature.
