Deploybable mechanism of folding-wing(DMF),the significant component of the flying weapons and equipments, plays a important role on improving flight mechanics, being keept in storage and transported conveniently, and its working reliability influences the battle albility of weanpons and equipments directly. The complex aerodynamics and impact dynamics environment of service process leads to multivariate working loads, complicated failure mode and failure mechanism. So the analysis of mechanical characteristics and the research on reliability evaluation aiming at DMF has important significance, and the contents are as follows.The FSI model of DMF is established based on ANSYS Workbench according to the analysis of working principle and service environment. The analyses of changing rule of aerodynamic loads on folding-wing are conducted and the hererogeneous distributed aerodynamic loads ate transfered equivalently to centering force. The correciton coefficient was identified and aerodynamic loads modified model of folding-wing was acquired.The dynamic simulation model of DMF is established by combining mechanism physical modeling and simulation control based on MATLAB/SimMechanics. A series of prototype experiments were conducted based on the developed test device of DMF. The rsults of simulation was compared with experimental data and the correctness of dynamics simulation model is verified. The accurate results of aerodynamics loads and structural mechanics are acquired.Considering the service load distribution, the fault tree with the top event of mechanism working failure is built based on Reliability Workbench. The Fussel-Vesely importance of basic event of the fault tree is analyzed to confirm key failure modes. The failure mechanism of key failure modes in the deployable stage and locking stage are analyzed. And the failute criterias are acquired.Based on the failute criterias of DMF, the limit state equations of different stages are determined. The reliability thoretecal models are established and the method Monte Carlo is used to analyze the reliability and calculate the reliability of key failure models.Eventually, The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation reliability model of DMF is established based on fuzzy reliability theory. And considering the four failure modes: wing deformation deploying time delay, locking pin dislocation and locking pin fracture, the fuzzy reliability model is used to evaluate the reliability of DMF and the reliability is acquired.
