| With the equal development of China’s national fitness system,the design and research of mass fitness centers of county ranks has been paid more and more attention,for counties are the transitional areas connecting cities and countryside.However,The shortage of funds has been the main problem in the construction of fitness centers of county ranks due to unbalanced development in different areas.And the lack of design experience leads to vanity project as well,which is contrary to the needs of county areas and the efficiency is greatly reduced.Therefore,the design of fitness centers of county ranks based on cost-effective concept has been much more urgent.So this paper takes the design of fitness centers of county ranks as the topic,and carries out the design strategies systemly based on cost-effective concept.In the analysis phase.First of all,this paper conclude the ideas of how to analyse cost-effective concept throungh previous research,and then divide the main concept into two aspects of construction stage and operation stage by comparing the relation between essential functions and life-cycle-cost.Specifically,scale,plan and layout,morphological structures and materials etc.are included in the construction stage.And siting,space using,energy saving etc.are inclueded in the operation stage,which both establish the framework of cost-efffective concept.Secondly,the current problem of mass fitness centers of county ranks is investigated after summarizing the functions and needs.Finally,this paper combine the current problem and the costefffective concept,therefore,the research of design strategies is divided into two parts: cost-effective construction and cost-effective operation according to the framework.In the construction stage,this paper explains cost-effective construction stategies from the aspects of scale positioning,sports area proportion,court layout,space combination,structure and material selection,etc.,the cost-effective concept is achieved through reducing the construction cost on the basis of meeting essential functions.In the operation stage,this paper explains cost-effective operation stategies from the aspects of site selection,layout optimization,composite design,natural lighting,passive solar technology,etc.,the cost-effective concept is achieved through improving essential functions or reducing the operation cost.Overall,this paper systemly summarize the framework of cost-effective concept,and conclude the design strategies of fitness centers of county ranks from two aspects: cost-effective construction stage and cost-effective operation stage with actual investigation,related research and useful cases,which can be used to offer practical guidance to construct low-cost,efficient and convinient fitness centers for county areas. |
