With the maturity of core construction technology in shipbuilding industry,China's shipbuilding industry has developed rapidly.However,there is still a gap between China's shipbuilding industry and Japan and Korea in lean production management,which is directly reflected in the slow decision-making speed,low accuracy and slow transmission of production plan information.Long shipbuilding cycle and so on.Based on digital information management technology,the establishment of lean production management system is an effective way to improve management level,shorten shipbuilding construction cycle and improve production efficiency of enterprises.Most domestic shipyards are changing from extensive management mode to lean shipbuilding mode,and have achieved good results in lean production.The standardization of ship blockal process and the standardization of man-hour management are common problems in shipyards in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze and study the data information of the blockal production process by using intelligent algorithms and simulation software to form a lean production-oriented production management system.Based on the management model of standard engineering drawings containing information of standard working procedures and standard working procedures,starting from the selection of intermediate products suitable for granularity,this paper studies the classification of standard types of block blocks,the planning of standard sequence and the corresponding standard working hours,establishes the production management system of standard sequence engineering plan and realizes the lean management and control in the whole process of blockal assembly in order to shorten the construction period of ships.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analyzing the feature attributes of block block intermediate products,establishing assembly information model of block intermediate products,and classifying block block products by using fuzzy clustering analysis based on process feature data.(2)The principle of assembly interference matrix planning is studied to generate assembly sequences of typical blocks.Based on this,the flexible constraints affecting the assembly sequence are studied,and the assembly sequence is further optimized.Finally,the assembly sequence is static and dynamic in the CATIA software environment.Interference check to verify the feasibility of the planning process.(3)In the Matlab software environment,the particle swarm optimization algorithm-based neural network(PSO-BP)algorithm is used to learn the process parameter data information of the 270,000-ton bulk carrier block working package,predict the man-hour of block working package,and construct the calculation system of the man-hour of block working package.(4)Based on the above research data,the production management system of ship block blockal standard sequence engineering plan is established on the basis of decomposing the rated man-hour of block working package according to each standard working sequence.Combining with the domestic and foreign shipyard production management present situation,paper proposes a block classification scheme based on intermediate product assembly information model,and builds disassembly interference matrix and analyzes flexible constraint planning block assembly sequence to program block assembly sequence,and then simulates assembly sequence with CATIA.Organizing and analyzing the standard process of working sequence.Based on PSO-BP algorithm,the process data of the above-mentioned processes are learned,and the standard working hours of the block working package are generated,and the rated working hours calculation system of the working package is formed.Finally,the above data information is integrated into the production management system of the ship block standard sequence engineering planning(SSEP).This reduces the complexity of manual management of assembly process.It is of great significance to promote the fine management of block assembly process.It also plays an important supporting role for the comprehensive implementation of intelligent shipbuilding in China in the future.
