In recent years,China's technology has developed rapidly,and the construction industry has kept up with the pace of technology.The construction industry has always been the lifeblood of the national economy.At present,China's construction industry is moving in the direction of industrialization.In order to promote the industrialization process and sustainable development of the construction industry,the General Office of the State Council attaches great importance to the new structure of PC architecture and has issued relevant documents for promotion.With the promulgation of the central document,local governments have responded to the call of the country,and have issued policies to promote the development of PC architecture.PC architecture development has ushered in a new period of historical opportunities.The EPC general contract mode is considered to be an important link to promote the rapid development of PC architecture,requiring PC architecture to use the EPC mode in principle,but communication is an important reason that hinders its rapid development.The advantages of BIM technology in project information communication are self-evident,but how to make BIM technology better applied in PC building under EPC mode is a problem that needs to be solved and is also the key to accelerating the promotion of BIM technology and PC building.factor.This article mainly conducts theoretical analysis on the use of BIM technology in EPC mode PC building,at the same time combs the application process of BIM technology in EPC mode,conducts research on BIM technology in each stage of EPC mode PC building,and discusses BIM technology Feasibility and necessity of application in EPC mode PC building.By analyzing the difficulties in the development of PC architecture in the EPC mode,a solution to these difficulties using BIM technology is proposed.Taking the business premises of the basic geographic information center of XX city as an example,starting from the PC building in the EPC mode,starting from each link of the PC building in the EPC mode,the application of BIM technology is studied.Deepen the design of the project through BIM technology to improve the efficiency of component production and construction.At the same time,use BIM technology to optimize the project schedule and assembly simulation to achieve safe and efficient construction on the construction site.Through the application of BIM technology in the entire construction process,find out the possible problems of BIM technology in the EPC mode PC building,and provide areference for the use of engineering projects.Through the combination of theory and examples,we found that the EPC mode has certain problems in engineering construction.In view of the above problems,the imperfect EPC mode is corrected,and an EMPC correction mode more suitable for PC buildings is summarized,which is conducive to realizing systematization of organization and management,minimization of construction cost,refinement of construction management,greening of construction process and transparency of construction quality.Finally,the paper summarizes the content of the paper,and looks forward to the development trend of BIM technology in the future.It is hoped that this research can provide a certain reference for better use of BIM technology in PC buildings under EPC mode,improve project engineering benefits,and contribute to the promotion of PC buildings and BIM technology.
