Research On Construction Quality Evaluation Of Sponge City Project

At present,the construction quality evaluation theory and index system of sponge city projects in China are not perfect.Participating units often can only make some superficial evaluations of construction quality based on experience,resulting in that quality inspections can not obtain real and effective information for the participating construction unit as a reference for decision-making.This article determines the hierarchical structure and weights of indicators at all levels,and establishes an evaluation index system for construction projects in sponge cities by consulting a large amount of literature and combining the research results of sponge city construction quality management at home and abroad,according to the "Uniform Standard for Construction Engineering Quality Acceptance"(GB50300-2013),"Technical Guide for Sponge City Construction-Low Impact Development Rainwater System Construction(Trial)" and the divisional characteristics of the sub-projects of the sponge city construction project,using the analytic hierarchy process.The system takes sponge city construction projects as the research object,takes sponge city construction quality as the target layer,takes each single project,that is,the system engineering of sponge city construction projects,as the first-level indicator,takes unit projects,that is,each low-impact development facility as the second-level index,takes the construction quality of each branch project,that is,the each process of the low-impact development facility as an evaluation index to construct an evaluation model.Finally,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to carry out a multi-level comprehensive evaluation to determine the evaluation level.For the verification of the evaluation method,this article introduces the Nanhu Park sponge comprehensive renovation projectas an example,and applies the evaluation system to the example for comprehensive evaluation.The final result is obtained to verify the accuracy of the evaluation system.The results of this research are mainly to construct a targeted evaluation index and evaluation method for construction quality of sponge city projects,and provide a reference for the establishment of a construction quality management system for sponge city projects.
